2026 Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI)
The Undergraduate Leadership Institute is one of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.’s premier developmental experiences for undergraduate members. ULI is designed to sharpen leadership skills, deepen fraternity knowledge, and prepare participants to lead effectively on their campuses, within their chapters, and beyond.

- Early Application Deadline:Â March 15, 2026
- General Application Deadline:Â April 15, 2026
- Spring 2026 Initiate Deadline:Â One (1) week after initiation
- Selections Announced:Â May 1, 2026
